Headlining the star-studded event will be the first one-night, eight-man tournament in World Series of Fighting history that will name its winner, who will have fought three times in one night, the new number one lightweight (155 pounds) contender and next challenger of reigning, undefeated lightweight champion Justin “The Highlight” Gaethje (14-0) of Safford, Ariz.

In the non-tournament, lightweight co-main event, rival stars Jason High (18-5) of Kansas City, Mo. and Estevan “El Terrible” Payan (16-8) of Tempe, Ariz. will collide.

The four-bout, live NBCSN telecast of “WSOF 25: 8-Man Lightweight Tournament” will kick off at 11:00 p.m. ET/8:00 p.m. PT with the first of the tournament’s two semifinal stage bouts.  The co-main event between High and Payan will follow the second semifinal stage bout and the telecast will culminate with the tournament’s championship round showdown.

An eight-bout preliminary card featuring all four of the tournament’s quarterfinal stage bouts as well as several of the Phoenix area’s top rising stars, including lightweights Benny “El Hijo” Madrid (8-3) and LaRue Burley (6-1), and undefeated bantamweight (135 pounds) Erik Villalobos, will begin at 6:00 p.m. MT.

Doors at Comerica Theatre will open at 5 p.m.

A live stream of the preliminary card will begin on an embeddable video player on WSOF.com at 8:00 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.

Priced from $29.99, tickets for “WSOF 25: 8-Man Lightweight Tournament” are on sale at Ticketmaster.com and WSOF.com.
